Order
You can order the products you put in the basket. The contents of the basket can be modified at any time and the products inside can be deleted. Even after the time limit has expired, the system remembers the contents of your cart if you have registered or logged in so that the contents of the cart will not be lost. If you wish to purchase a product later, the basket will retain the selected product.
The process of buying
1. You choose the product, put it in the basket with the quantity unit. If a product is available in several colors and sizes, choose from the menu what color and size you want.
2. Once you have selected all the products, you can complete the purchase with the order button. You will then be given the choice of paying.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase after the order, but before delivery. In this case, the buyer has no obligation to pay due to the cancellation. You can give notice of cancellation by email, phone, in writing, or in person. Within eight working days of receipt of the goods, the purchaser may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason in accordance with Decree 17/1999. (ii.5.) Government Decrees 4 and 5. The buyer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal before putting the goods into service! The buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal. In the event of a buyer's cancellation, he will refund the goods immediately, but no later than thirty days.
The prices shown on the webshop are gross prices, ie VAT included.
Product Warranty
If the item received is defective or damaged during transport (this requires you to inspect it in the presence of the courier upon receipt and, if not correct, record it with us!), We will replace it free of charge. If this is not possible for any reason, we will refund the purchase price. Replacement of goods is possible only with the original packaging and the accompanying documents (invoice, block). For the seller's further warranty and warranty liability in the Civil Code and in Act 117/1991. (Ix.10.) Ref. They are governed by Government Decree.
Payment
Please be advised that the transaction on the ortopet website for card payments is made in Euro, regardless of whether the cardholder's card is not in Euro.
Payment shall be made at the issuing bank's exchange rate at the time of the debit.
